Can u plz explain this rule?

Signing up as extra when you are saved in an instance except for ours you will be punished!

What do they mean?

means that if you choose to go to molten core with another raid team than ours and if you kill Lucifron (or you go there with Lucifron already killed) you will be saved to that raid instance, not ours. Therefore if, in those conditions, you choose to sign up as extra (which you can't because you cannot join our instance)you will be punished.

It says u have to be outside of the instance for Onyxia, domo and rag... Which i s a good rule i think. But that still allows you to play your alts doesn't it? You log out outside the instance and when u are needed u can be inside in max 1min. So that's good right?

For them that cant wiew it here it is:

General Rules
People outside are prefered
If you are called you need to be in MC within 10 min unless there is a special reason (like gank)
- If you are not you will lose the amount of points you would get
For special bosses (ragnaros, domo, onyxia) you need to be in front of the instance all the time.
- If you are not you will lose the amount of points you would get
Signing up as extra when you are saved in an instance except for ours you will be punished!
- You will get your points set to -100 (No you won't lose 100 points it will be set to -100, so if you have 600 points you lose 700 points total)
* Use /raidinfo to check if you are locked. Basically you will be locked if you kill any boss with another raid party than ours. Or if you kill mobs in an instance where a boss have been killed.
You must stay logged in on Burning Blade, only reason for leaving is a disconnect. We don't want to wait for you in que when we call you in!
- If you do not inform the extras leader right away you will lose your points
The extra channel will be on ventrilo and ingame.
* If you want to chat on ventrilo stay in the Chat room
* If you want it quiet stay in the quiet room
* Do not idle in the check room, just move here when there is a check and move out again after the check
* If you can't move yourself on ventrilo tell the person in charge ingame that you are there

Being afk in the extra channel without telling the extra channel watchers (<- me) if you are needed. This happened once and this led to the substraction of all points that would be granted in the raid.

Disconnect while attendence check after a boss kill without telling me that you disconnected: This leads to missing points. So always tell me if you disconnect.

Changing to an Alt without informing me: Normally i ask if there is a char i don't know in the extra channel. But if people don't learn what they have to do this is definetly their problem.

lets say you go 2 mc with another guild, and you kill lucifron, then you are saved in the instance for 6days and can only do runs with that guild

Yes that is right.

And for the saved to another instance, I will give you the example that brought this rule up:

We had a member that joined as extra and when we asked him to enter MC he said "Sorry I am saved to another instance", because he went MC with another guild and was saved to their instance.

This is clearly leeching of lootpoints without being able to join the Bal/EVT instance.
