Hi, the bank sysem confuses me, both guild's and raid's bank.

If one can only have items for free (can't have them even paying for them), yet, one can only have items if he/she needs them for a special thing he/she wants, and can't use them for anything else; what happens to so many other items that no one will spend any loot points or need for their own special reason ? Will they be left eternally in the bank and given no use at all but to become obsolute ?

Practical example: I doubt anyone will spend loot point in Hyperion Vambracers of Stamina
