I'm no professional when it comes to group psychology, but Grizzly is the "boss" and subordinates usually pokes fun out of the leader, if the leader tolerates it. Why do we have so many jokes about our leaders?

If I wasn't so damned tired I would have researched this and linked to some articles, but that have to wait.
