Greetings,
I am mrunbox and i worked in many games fansites as a community manager.I am currently working in WorldOfWarcraft.GR ( Biggest greek wow community ) Anyways,to get into the thread I am starting a new powerfull project. I need one successful guild from each continent,each game to participate into this project.I have done my research and since i am playing my self on grimbatol,they pointed me to you as the most successful guild on the realm,with powerful leaders mature enough to participate and take decisions important-enough for the project's feature.

Description:
It will be an online web portal,with a big amount of web space,ready to serve thousands of mmo enthusiastics with the support of forums,multimedia galleries and many other features that will be developed when the right time comes.

The Goal:
The main goal of this project is a web-portal to be ready to serve every mmo gamer that is interested on analyzing the aspects of the genre and the specific game that he is interested on,express him self and showing what he is doing as a gamer in-game,and watching and learning from the top guilds in-game,what does it means to achieve the impossible

What the guild gets from this ? :
Reputation that the guild earns for the gamers it's not the only plus.Featuring the guild actively is something very important also for the gamers,also for the guild and it's members.

Special pluses for Balance:
I registered my self the domain name http://www.grimbatol.com before a couple of days.I don't know yet what i am using it for specifically,but be sure that Balance will be featuring their selves there as too.

This isn't the first time we get an offer like this. I can't tell if you are serious or not - but threads like this always raises a red flag.

What is special/unique about your project? How can it compete with other dedicated WoW sites?

Hmm... and when will this project be ready? 1 month? 1 year? 10 years?

It's not something to compete other wow dedicated sites really,it's not a news tracker,it's not forums it's a bit of all actually.But i want to include things on this project that we have never seen before and could really be very revolutionary to the communities as we know them. I am very serious really,there's no way to prove it except if you give me the chance to show this to you through my work and my dedication to this project.About the time..it will be ready as soon as possible,i am not willing to delay this i will try to speed it up,i promise you that it will be up before the easter.Don't forget that i have to find other guilds from other games to participate also (war,aoc,lotro,aion and more),that will take time.But it depends from a lot really.Don't be afraid to give me the chance,you have nothing to lose,you have lots to gain instead ^^ The project is aiming on lots of stuff... and remember it's an mmo alliance it's not dedicated to wow.

Can you elaborate on what the featured guilds/players have to do and commit to the site, what is the expected "work load"?

As mentioned, we've recieved similar requests before but turned them down because it was way too abstract and loose and it didnt feel like we'd gain anything from it.

I assume you've asked alot of other guilds the same thing but to succeed I believe your idea has to be attractive to both the visitors and the contributors.

You say you're in a very early stage, maybe it would be better if you had most of the structure layed down and some concrete prototypes or even most of the site developed before hunting for external content providers. That way it would be way easier to invoke interest and get a clearer image of whats going on.

I haven't asked any other WoW guilds yet,you are the first one I don't really expect any work from you on the site unless you want to do some work (adding content e.t.c) The basic concept is to feature some strong guilds like you for example to be under the same "roof" on an active community that intends to let the mmo gamer,to find,learn and share more about his favorite games genre - mmos.

I am not asking you to write guides or whatever,it's more about an affiliate program you could call it.We will also provide as a site voice servers for the gamers and more stuff that will make an mmo gamers life easier.

I know that you are a hardcore team and you may not see offers like these gainful but please take the time to review it and i will not let you down.
