MC Signup for entire next week.

We will do molten core every night at 19:00 from tuseday.
Ok, so some new rules for this signup.
Regulars:
If you sign up under a class, you will have to show up every day at 19:00. If you aren't there at 19:00 you will lose 10 loot points. If you aren't going to come you need to tell me (Beider) 1 day ahead of time. If you do not tell me one day ahead, you will lose 10 points no matter what excuse you have. If you are 10 minutes late, you will lose 10 points. You must be outside molten core at 19:00, fully repaired and ready to go. If you have work or something prepare the day before and log out there. Only excuse not to be there at 19:00 is that horde is ganking you on the way.
If we get too many of some classes, i will announce the team at monday evening. I will give priority to those with the best equip and right builds. So defensive warriors with highest tank points (an addon, see addon forum). Or ice mages, holy priests, restoration druids, etc...
Extras:
If you don't know if you can show up every day at 19:00 you can sign up as an extra, you are not expected to be outside MC. But if you keep telling us you are in an instance or are busy whenever we try to call you in to take up a slot, we will stop contacting you.
So, with this new system people who are serious about going molten core a lot will be the ones who get to come. If you have any complaints about the time or the system, post in this thread.

A few more things i would like to add. Here are a few more things i will subtract loot points for. And trust me i am shitty tired of having to go through this crap every raid so i will subtract the points, no excuses.
Ventrilo - People who are not on ventrilo in the raid channel at the raid start time. (Regulars only, extras will get 10 min from when they join the raid)
CTRaid - Newest version of CTraid, whisper cast, decursive and all other addons that is expected for your class.
Read the guides - If you ask retarded questions that were clearly explained in the onyxia / molten core guides.
Failing to do any of the things above will result in loss of the raid start bonus (5 points). Only valid reason is technical problems and it should be explained to the raid leader (usually me) at once.
Going afk without PMing Beider - Yes, you have to PM me that you will go afk, and how long. And you will wait until i reply you so you know for sure that i saw it. You will also have to set a informative /afk <message>. Like, "/afk gone to eat at 20:34 back in about 10 min". That is a usefull message. Failure to do any of those will result in a 5 point penalty.
Spamming raid chat / ventrilo. I repetadly tell people not to spam the raid chat or ventrilo. But every damn raid we have someone doing it. I will warn you once (or one of the other EVT/BAL officers will warn you once), if you keep it up. 5 point penalty.
Stupidity/Ignorance - Yeah we will start punishing people for this. People who start running for mines inside molten core and pull mobs. Or people who fail to listen and pull the adds we specificly told you not to pull 15 times. Accidents happen, we know, but seriously... it's usually the same people who do these kind of things. 5 points penalty.
That is all, it might seem strict, and well. I didn't want to do this but there is always so much shit being done during the raids and trying to arrange raids when people don't listen is just annoying. I have tried to be nice about all these things but eventually even I get tired of this crap.

How about people who already know which days they can and which days they cannot go instead of not knowing when they will be able to play or not? I mean, I have some extra activities (like many others for sure) like gym and karate training that I have at mondays/wednesdays(fridays as well, but that one I find kind of expendable, at least for some weeks) and at Sundays I usually can't login. The other days I know I can go and be there at 19:00, and at what time I need to leave (eg, for dinner). Should I sign in as class (25holy/26disc, lvl 60 priest), as extra, or shouldn't I sign up at all?
Other thing, Is it 19:00 to be online and rdy and 20:00 to start again? or is it 19:00 every1 rdy AND run starting?... I'd like the sooner the better cuz I've always had to go afk to dinner and then comeback to see the raid almost finished
So, if it could be 19:00 to start it would be great for me:) Besides, I've seen that the later it gets, ppl tend to be less focused on their job so we would benefit greatly if the run started at least like one/one and a half hours earlier...

as for leo, we will pick 50% members from each guild if enough sign up. so sign up. If only 4 druids from evt sign up as regulars, we won't let the balance druid who signed up as extra in if all evt are on. same if 4 druids from balance signed up and evt extra.

I do not want to make a fuzz, but... 19:00 server time means 18:00 in some European countrys, most ppl who work can't possibly be home at that time 
It was like this all past week also
This weekend, we didn't do no MC Friday, Saturday, or even Sunday, wouldn't those days be best ? Like starting after lunch or something (just an idea) and make shorter timed runs (Onyxia, Azuregos, Kazzak) at week days.

I must say i'm all forward to some more strict system, just one thing thought, in my case for example, how should the Paladins set among themselfs which ones is used for which blessing (regarding wc) ? or judgements on the mobs ? I hope we don't have to do it throught PM ? Usually coordinating 8 Paladins individually is O_o 
And ppl should really listen also to some things that are told ingame, like... use ALL Blessings possible, i mean, when u got 8 palas in raid, u can easily have:
Salvation (except main tank)
Sanctuary
Might
Wisdom
BoK
Light
and judgements on the mobs
Light
Wisdom
Also, for Onyxia, and even other mobs as the leadership sees fit, plz forbid ppl casting (Healings, blessings, buffs, whatever) on recently ressurrected Paladins/Priests, at least until they request it, these 2 classes can do it on themselfs on their own, and this will make it possible to keep resing killed ppl.
And finally ( u're probably tired of reading my crap ), only 1 person giving orders in Ventrillo plz, more then once i hear someone telling ppl to do something and then another saying something else, which leads to confusion (at least for me)
