i just want the name of the one who can make it (if it wasnt paige? O_o?) then i'll start gathering the materials needed and i'll talk to beider in game for the cores. thx

I think frumgår from royal blood can make those, not sure if it's spelled correctly

We have a deal with HoD. We make core armor kits for them for free (if they bring the stuff). They make these rifles for us for free if we bring the stuff. So instead of paying some RB guy to do it, just bring me all the stuff and i will get HoD to make it.

(With exception of the MC drops which i can take from raid bank)
