are you prepared for the launch?

stocklist:
3x instant citrus ice tea granulate packs
1x box of black tea (1/2 kilo)
2x sixpacks of 0.5 litre water
I don't drink coffee nor coke any more

2x pack of toastbread
1x different cold meat like salami etc plus cheese

1x stopwatch/alarmclock (for the following: )

5x deep frozen chicken curry (takes 50 minutes in the oven to make it perfect, can go on playing)
10x frozen salami pizza (about 25 minutes to half an hour, can go on playing)
10x packs instant noodles, different tastes (sadly I have to stay in the SPAM for that)

sadly I don't have a toilet near my room so I need to run down for that, same to getting teawater (no use to put the boiler into my room when the water is down in the SPAM).

thinking about caffeine pills. any more tips?
what about you?

Although I wanna be fast, I sure as hell am not going to wear myself down by staying up 24/7 till I'm 80. So not going to buy extra food or whatever and just gonna play chillpill, yet still a lot. Care about reaching 80 1 day sooner than the rest. :p

Gear and spec don't put you on top of the meter unless everyone is playing perfectly. Effort puts you on top. Play to the strengths of your gear and spec, know your tank, know your situation.

5x Pies,
4-5 Liters of carbonated water. More then likley mineral water with minerals like natrium, calcium, magnesium. These alkalite metals if not overconsumed can be beneficial for your salt balance.
1x Urine pot. Just in case.
450g sugar oriented stuff like candy or various, im not gonna use caffeine oriented products since they increase your kindneys production rate i a more uneffective way then normal sugar I believe(havent been able to verify it). All depends on how much you drink ofc.
4-5x Aspirins.
2-4 Real meals between the pies.
1kg Fruit, bananas most likley. Easiest to eat with 1 hand and has a good glukos base.

Out of the 2 caffeine is more effective for staying awake. If you want to stay up long, aim for proteins and fat instead of carbonhydrates. Out of those three carbon hydrates just cause spikes in blood sugar which in turn makes you tire afterwards and get hungry more often.

Aspirins are really bad. Only reason those are in the market anymore is ppl not being aware of how bad they really are. Go for some NSAIDs instead, for example drugs that have ibuprofein, ketoprofein, etc. in them. They're not perfect either, but they're a lot better than Aspirin.

Well, aspirin isnt really aspirin in sweden, its alvedon/treo/panodil/ipren etc. but I just wrote aspirin becuase everyone knows what an asprin is compared to an alvedon.

As for carbonhydrates, they are divided in different forms depending on how your body motabolizes them. You have slow carbonhydrates, steady carbonhydrates(polysackarid), and fast carbonhydrates. Fast carbonhydrates(normal in candy for example) gives you a spike in your bloodsugar, however, your body actually resent fast carbonhydrates, especially when eating sugar oriented foods, one of the reasons for it is that sugar is a very dominant taste driven stimuli together with salt which is easier for your brain to to resist after an overconsumption. Therefore you often get the feeling that you dont want to take another bite. Concecuences of this is that if you hypotheticly have 450g of candy, around 150g would classify as an actual meal, 150g of candy every 1-3 hours would indeed give you a spike but it is still longlived enough to suffice. Some products that im not gonna include but could be classed as candy or snacks could be potatochips, corn based products(popcorn, candycorn) has polysackarides, which motabilizes nither fast or slow, its discribed as a steady incline untill it stabilizes and then falls, this kind of food is not to be recommended by me atleast as it would be harder to reach a respectible amout of blood sugar in a short enough time, and its not practical.
Remember that caffiene is only beneficial becuase its mental "enhancing" properties. These properties does in theory only enhance the opposites of tiredness, aka. enhancing reactionspeeds etc. But the caffiene itself doesnt have any energy for your brain to actually use unless the product itself has a sugar base, therefore the optimal solution would be a drink that includes caffiene and sugar in the same batch.

Somthing I forgot to mention is to stay away from food that is harder to digest, the digestion process burns liquids(resulting in more toiletbreaks) and some of your already circulating sugar, therefore you might feel and even get tired before its effects jump in.

Another thing, avoid all product that have an alcoholic nature, some might say that a small amount of alcohol might actually enhance your preformance. However even a small amount of alcohol has to go through your detoxin centrals whitch in turn utilizes liquids and forms urine. Even non alcoholic beer is a no no in my opinion, the sugar type maltos is not in any way good for this type of playing or the circumstances.

Also remember to sit very comfortably while playing.

anyways, sorry for writing this much.. I get alittle carried away sometimes.

Bananas together with many fruits has sugars like fructose and glucose which are evenly distributed in fibers and coils. Fructose is known to be hard to digest in its raw form, as powdersugar. However a fruit like a banana can via the amylase(enzymes in your mouth) for example get simplified throughout your system, powdersugar is alot harder to simplify and is in some cases not recommended in its raw form.

I would say that the only bad thing with bananas would be its pH of 4.5, which could perhaps contribute to a acid attack on your teeth. Other then that its one of the best forms of food on this planet together with avocado, fat fish, liver, etc.
