Please Help with Generic Viagra Spam how to stop this please

Hey guys, sorry if this is wrong section or place to ask but maybe someone can help me. My forum just got bombarded with viagra spam, what can you advice me please what tools can i get to stop it?

I was trying to google something about this but with no avail. Sorry to bother but really need some help with this.

im not sure if THIS is actually a spam post, kinda looks like it lols. But whatever, upgrade to phpbb3 if u havnt already, and if that doesnt simply solve it there are plenty of security modules to grab from the phpbb site I believe. You cant ever let guests post, thats suicide, and you might want some stricter security on the membership registration pages.. like captcha or something similar.
